Acces card policy (DRAFT) – as at 21 Nov 2019 1200 pm

1. Every Jenaris G&G contributor is entitled to 3 access cards (FOC).

2. Each contributor may apply up to a maximum of 2 additional access card, subject to approval of JBBRA.

3. Each additional card comes with a cost and is renewable yearly.

4. Access card is not transferable.

5. Duplicating/cloning of access cards are strictly not allowed.

6. Contributor will be held liable and fully responsible for any access card usage violation involving access card number issued under their access card application, regardless of who is using their access card.

7. The scope of access card usage violation includes but not limited to, access card cloning, unauthorised entry to Jenaris Precinct, etc.

8. Contributor access cards will be deactivated immediately if there is evidence showing their access card usage being abused OR security fee are in arrears.

9. Contributor is responsible to report to JBBRA immediately should they suspect their access card being abused. A supporting police report is encouraged.

10. Fine imposed over cloned cards must be paid regardless of police report being made and the paid amount will be fully refunded if police investigation found the contributor is not at fault.

11. All fees and charges are subject to determination by JBBRA and will be announced in advance.
12. Monthly security fee will be RM80.00 per month paid quarterly in advance.
13. Additional access cards are at RM240.00 per card per calendar year (RM20.00 per month).
14. Upon surrendering of all access cards to JBBRA, a minimum charge of RM10 per month for security fee will be charged. Graaab services will continued to be provided.
15. Replacement of lost cards are charge at RM50.00 per card.
16. Reactivation of deactivated access cards are charge at RM50.00 per member/contributor.
17. For access card cloning offence, reinstatement shall be RM500.00 plus reactivation charge (Item 11e).
18. For 2nd offence on cloning, the offender shall no longer be regarded a contributor/member.
19. The card carries 1 year warranty from the date of collection. Faulty (non-functional antenna) card(s) will be replaced without any charges while for damaged or misused cards, warranty will void. Faulty card after warranty period are charge at RM12.00 per card.
20. Item 11f and 11g is without prejudice to JBBRA making police reports and the right to institute legal proceedings to recover consequential losses.

12. JBBRA reserves the rights to amend the above terms, conditions and charges including providing discounts on early payments of security fees and yearly additional access cards.

13. Random access card inspection exercise may be carried out from time to time and valid access card is required to be produced when requested by JBBRA appointed security personnel, failing which personal particular may need to be recorded before being allowed to enter/exit Jenaris precinct.

14. The decision of JBBRA shall be final.
